60 Day Money Back Guarantee / Return
Policy |
| If you are not completely satisfied with our products. You can return
the product within 60 days of receiving it, with a full refund. No
questions asked. Our return policy is simple, and clear-cut. From
the time your product reaches your doorstep, you have 60 days to test,
evaluate and use the product. A product may be covered under a
manufacturers warranty policy after the 60 days, but may no longer be
returned to StangSuspension.com. Refunds include the full price of the
returned products minus any of our original shipping costs. The product can be returned in any
condition, as long as it comes back to us complete, with no missing
components, and within 60 days of arrival.

Did you find a part at a lower price at another
website? We will match or beat the "to your door" price. All you have to do is place
your order with us, then e-mail us the URL and site name where you found
the best "to your door" price. We will then check it out and match or beat the price.
The site has to be a legitimate web shop, not just one web page with
prices. The price matching does not count for sales, special promotions,
or auctions. "To your door" prices refers to the total amount charged by
a company to deliver your products. We can only match pricing one time,
and cannot match prices after your product has shipped. |

Shipping

We ship UPS. 90% of our orders are shipped same day. You
will be notified if we cant meet the same day time frame. We inspect all
packages for quality, and package all of our products with extreme care.
UPS is StangSuspension.com's primary shipping provider, although we may
use USPS at our discretion. APO address's and PO Box cannot be shipped
through UPS, but only through USPS. |

Anti-Fraud Notice - If your billing
address is different from your shipping address we will always call to
confirm your shipping address. This is to protect the security of your
credit card by confirming the proper ownership and usage of the credit card.
Sometimes, when a credit card is stolen a thief will try to use your billing
address, but use their own shipping address to try and fraud companies like
us. We have a 0 tolerance fraud policy. |
