The Ford Racing driveshaft safety loop makes sure the driveshaft stays safely within the driveshaft tunnel should an unexpected breakage occur. Driveshaft safety loops are a requirement in some racing classes to help protect the driver, and other cars on the race track. A driveshaft safety loop provides extra safety with high torque applications. This item is a requirement at most tracks if you plan to run slicks. Installation requires drilling of some small holes.
